RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Exchange Service
- If you wish to do an Exchange, feel free to contact us in the live chat or email us at email@example.com and follow the steps below.
- Request for Exchange provides one time exchange subject to the availability.
- Reason of exchange to be provided.
- Photos taken Top View, Side View and Bottom View together with the Shoes Box Code Indicated and in good conditions. (All the shipping fees for both return and re-delivery to be borne by the customer, proof of the Tracking No and Bank in Receipts to be provided).
- All worn and torn items are not liable for the exchange.
- Exchange item to be returned to the respective address given upon availability and shipping fees to be transferred to our bank account.
- In accordance to the delivery for the exchange, we will not liable for any loss or damage handled by the courier service.
Should there be any vary of the price of the original item for the exchanges, customer also need to pay the additional fees such like rate of shoes difference price and sizes.
- Request for an exchange after 30 days will not be considered.
- We reserve the right to reject the changes subject to the team investigation and findings.
Return and Refund
- If you wish to do a return and refund, feel free to contact us via live chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will guide you.
- The return and refund only in net amount, delivery/shipping fees is non-refundable.
- All worn and torn products are not granted for the return and refund.
- Dr Cardin reserves the right to reject the return and refund request for products from time to time in accordance the investigation and findings.
- Return and refund will be 5-7 working days excluding public holidays and Saturday and Sunday.
- Customer need to provided personal details like name, bank account and bank name for the process of refund.
- The refund will be issued 5-7 working days after the product has been received, inspected and approved.
